Phase 1

Doug explains that they need to use elastizell, a concrete floor leveler in the kitchen where the old tile was chipped out, to create a smooth base for the new finishes.

Phase 2

This video highlights the exterior transformation in progress, with a new stone patio and front walkway taking shape alongside the pool area and future outdoor fireplace. You also get a look at where the new putting green will be, showcasing how the outdoor spaces are being thoughtfully designed for both beauty and lifestyle.

Phase 3

This video captures the exciting transition point in the renovation where the new floors are installed and the original floors are being sanded and stained to create one seamless, beautifully matched finish throughout the home. The cabinetry has not yet been set, giving a behind the scenes look at the craft and care that happens before the final layers of design are added.
